Question How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
AnswerAll orders are shipped within the limits of processing dates stated on product pages. For local shipments, it takes 2 business days to major cities and 3 business days to whole Turkey.

We are shipping with DHL Express for international orders. Estimated delivery time to Europe is 2-4 business days, to North America is 3-6 business days, and to the rest of the world is 4-7 business days.

Delivery may take longer for Remote Locations and during holiday campaigns. Please order timely for holidays.

Question Will I pay for Express Shipping?
AnswerShipments for all orders in Turkey are free.

Express Shipping is free to Europe and North America for all orders, and free to everywhere else for orders over $200 in total.

Question Who will pay the customs duties and taxes?
AnswerPlease beware that import fees may be collected upon delivery on international shipments according to your county's customs regulations. Buyers are responsible for local taxes, duty and other customs fees that may apply.

Please check your country's customs pages for applicable rates.

  • United States shipments are free of import charges and tax up to 800$ total of purchase.

AnswerYou can pay with all credit/debit cards with our secure payment gateway integrated on our website. All payment are protected with a 256 bit SSL certificate, and no data is stored on our website.

Bank Transfers and Pay at Delivery options are available only in Turkey.

Question I'm shopping for a gift, will you send the invoice with it?
AnswerNo, you can set seperate addresses for billing and shipping at the checkout. Please provide receiver's phone number for shipping purposes. And please inform us if you require your product gift wrapped with a gift note in the notes section.
Question I didn't like the product/it's defective/parts are missing, can I return or exchange the product?

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. ​If the item has arrived in a damaged/defective condition to you, Kitbox will be responsible for all return or replacement costs including shipping. Please contact us if you think that your item is defective at info@kitboxdesign.com. For any other reason; Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. To return an item, contact us within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. Or Request a cancellation: Before item has been shipped.​​

* The products that are bought during campaigns can not be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged, or wrong.

Question Why is my return motion denied?
AnswerWe can't accept returns if the item is used and/or damaged by the user. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
