1. Processing Time and Delivery
All orders will be processed in the estimated time limit, as stated in the product info, and sent with an Express Delivery Courier (i.e DHL, UPS, FedEx...). Buyers will be provided a tracking number that they can monitor their shipment with. It's buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment and not miss any important date that needs buyers immediate action.
*If your address is in the "Remote Area List" appointed by our shipping providers, we keep the right to ship your order with National Postage Services with a tracking number. In that case you will be informed prior to shipment and asked for consent.
2. International Shipping
Estimated delivery time to Europe is 2-4 working days, to North America is 3-6 working days, and to the rest of the world is 4-7 working days.
Kitbox can not be held responsible for delays due to customs processes or the regional holidays of the destination country.
We suggest you order in advance with a reasonable time for delivery during Holidays and Sale Campaigns.
Customs Duties & Other Fees
Please beware that additional taxes and fees may apply to the total amount according to the destination country's customs regulations. Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. (USA orders are free of duty charges and tax up to 800$)
For Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If the item has arrived in a damaged/defective condition to you, or it is the wrong item, Kitbox will be responsible of all return or replacement costs including shipping. Please contact us if you think that your item is defective.
How to Return
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
Or Request a cancellation: Before item has been shipped.
For all other returns & exchanges:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
In the following situations, items can't be returned or exchanged:
1 - Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for mounted goods.
2 - We can't accept returns if the item is used and/or damaged by the user.
3 - We can't accept returns of goods that are not returned with original packaging.
Returns caused by a non acceptance of the delivery or not being present at the given address within the duration stated by the authorities, will be refunded with the deduction of the original shipping cost and any return costs that may occur.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method that's been used in the time of the purchase.
Cancellations are only possible if the items are not shipped yet. Otherwise return shipping rules apply.
